FURNITURE MANUFACTURE PROCESS
Our company constantly invests in production and training of employees. Milling and CNC machines ensures that each element of furniture is produced precisely and qualitatively. Careful work, responsible attitude, high quality raw materials, the latest technologies allows us to achieve the highest quality result.
1. SELECTION OF MATERIALS
First step of manufacture is thorough material selection, especially if furniture will be made using natural wood. We use high quality oak wood from local suppliers and Swedish pine wood. Oak mostly are used for worktops or facades of furniture. Oak wood is suitable material for worktops. Beautiful structure of wood, strength and durability – these feature fits to worktops perfectly. Also we use pine wood from North Sweden. Trees, because of climate conditions, grows very slowly, structure of tree forms slowly as well. In a result raw material of Scandinavian wood is stronger, more durable, have small knots and beautiful structure. Perfect material for furniture manufacture.

2. CNC PROCESSING, ORNAMENT MILLING
Second part of furniture manufacture process is processing furniture elements on CNC machinery, milling elements for facades and toplists. Automated CNC machine ensures that all elements are processed very precisely. The quality of furniture depend on exactitude of element dimensions, joints and holes for furnishing.
Furniture elements of non-geometric shapes and forms are processed using milling machinery. Milled elements mostly are used for kitchen, bathroom furniture facades, toplists, wardrobe, commode doors, facades of beds. This process requires a lot of attention, that is why these works are usually done by the most experienced craftsmen of our factory.
After milling and quality inspection of each detail, elements are glued and sanded to make surface smooth.

3. PAINTING
After gluing and sanding, furniture components goes to painting department. The painting process is thoroughly performed manually according to the requirements and technologies provided by the paint company. Each element is painted with biggest attention therefore the quality of painting is perfect. There are two ways of furniture finishing: painting or staining.
Stained finishing furniture look more natural, stain do not cover a structure of wood, on the contrary, emphasizes it more. We use water Sherwin Willliams based stains and oil stain Osmo Hardwax. Rather popular now is classic aged furniture. The result is obtained using mechanical and chemical methods.
Furniture are painted when client wants solid color of furniture. Paint covers surface and the structure is not seen.

4. ASSEMBLING
After painting, all furniture elements are assembled according furniture drawings and order specification. Craftsmen starts furniture assembly process: jointing of frame elements, mounting of rails, drawers, door hinges, handles, legs of furniture. Big size furniture: wardrobes, beds are not assembled in factory.

5. QUALITY INSPECTIONS AND PACKING
The last and final stage of furniture manufacture is quality inspection and packing. The packers re-examine made furniture elements, the quality of the milling, painting, the quality of the joints and assemblies, assembles the furniture components according to the product specification. Then packs the furniture elements, preparing it for transportation.
